Orders & Production

Why is my order not shipped immediately?

Every piece is created after purchase rather than held in inventory.
This made-to-order approach allows us to reduce unnecessary waste and ensure each item is produced specifically for its future home.

How long does production take?

Production typically takes 2–5 business days.
Once production is complete, your order will be prepared for shipment and tracking information will be provided.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
After production has begun, changes may no longer be possible because each item is created specifically for your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do orders ship from?

Most orders for customers in the United States are produced and shipped within the United States.

Orders for Canada and Australia are typically fulfilled through regional production facilities selected to provide efficient delivery.

Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia will not normally incur additional customs duties or import taxes.

If an unexpected customs charge arises due to a fulfillment exception, please contact us before making payment and we will review the situation individually.

How long does delivery take?

Production typically takes 2–5 business days.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 4–10 business days depending on destination.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, a tracking email will be sent automatically.
If you have not received tracking information after production is complete, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Are the colors exactly the same as shown online?

We do our best to represent colors accurately.
Because every screen displays color differently, slight variations may occur between what you see online and the final product.

Returns & Support

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

We will review the situation and arrange an appropriate solution.

Do you accept returns?

Because every item is made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

However, if there is a manufacturing issue or shipping damage, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
