Because every item is produced individually after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, or accidental orders.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Clear photographs showing the problem
Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Because all products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, lost in transit, or incorrectly produced.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
