Shipping & Delivery
Every piece from The YUNXI is produced individually after purchase rather than kept in inventory.
This made-to-order approach allows us to reduce waste, avoid unnecessary overproduction, and create each piece only after it has been intentionally chosen.
Processing Time
Most orders require 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
Production times may vary during holidays, seasonal periods, or times of unusually high demand.
Estimated Delivery Times
After production is completed, most orders arrive within:
United States: 4–10 business days
Canada: 5–12 business days
Australia: 5–12 business days
Delivery estimates are provided as general guidelines and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we work closely with our production and shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:
• Carrier disruptions
• Weather events
• Public holidays
• High seasonal shipping volumes
The YUNXI is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment can be arranged.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Please include your order number and any relevant photographs so we can investigate and assist as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and select international destinations.
For certain international destinations, local duties or import charges may apply in accordance with local regulations.
